Problems with PrintBoy

I'm working with the PrintBoy Software by Bachmann Software and a HP LaserJet 
1300 Printer, this printer has two connectors (USb and parallel) all works 
fine, but after I printed any document from my T3, the printer doesn´t work 
any more. I have to reset the printer.
Is it normally? HOw Can I fix it?.
