Aha! I found the answer. The rectangle I was erasing was made from
WinGetDisplayWindow. I tried it with FrmGetWindowHandle and it did the same
thing, but WinGetDrawWindow was fine. The WinHandles of WinGetDisplayWindow and
WinGetDrawWindow must be different in that one contains the width and height of
the application's area, while the other contains the entire thing. Strange...
