This happens when CodeWarrior tries to compile the RCP resource definition
file. Needless to say, neither the project nor any of its enclosing
folders are locked as far as I can tell.
If you're using CW for Palm OS V8.3, then get the latest PilRC plugin from
Neil Rhodes site, and you'll need to rebuild the projects with the Mac OS
68K linker.
