But I still don't see how one can specify which application is to be run when the middle button of the 5-way control is pressed while the device is off... The Launch tab allows any of the other buttons to be programmed (Datebook, Address, ToDo, Notepad, Voice) - and why are there two entries for each? - but not, apparently, the 5-way control... Obviously, I'm still missing something. The design isn't terribly intuitive and at least some kind of documentation compensating for that would have been nice...
