Yes, PRC-Tools can be used with PRC2OVL. Since this tool runs on the final
PRC files your produce, you just use the output PRC files from your
prc-tools compile phase instead of the output files from CodeWarrior.
The actual method of using PRC2OVL I'll leave to the documentation or to
people who've actually used this for producing internationalized
applications.
