not quite related entirely to this topic, however, long story made short, I have a treo 650, which upon soft-reset immediately goes into a hotsync.
I ran the program suggested below to find something called 'worm' at the very bottom of the notification list registered for early wakeup. I have tried hard resetting, and even attempted a process of what takes 2 people to perform with pressing power on, uparrow, hotsync button, and then pin soft reset... still no go suggestions welcome on this, soft reset with uparrow eliminates the trouble. Incidentally, when the device goes to sleep, the entire keyboard goes dead and there no coming out of keyguard or using any key am I over reacting to think this is some sort of worm/virus?
