Hi Sam,
your're right, the post are focused on HTTPS. But if you got a working HTTPS, HTTP would'nt be a problem. The concerned App does only a very basic HTTP/HTTPS
data exchange (it sends a post and waits for a reply).

Hi Philippe,

Thanks for your reply

Here's a list of your posts:

http://news.palmos.com/read/search/results?forum=palm-dev-forum&words=fischer&max=100&skip=0&orderby=CreatStamp_+DESC

From the subject lines they seem to be specific to ssl. Which one were you refering to?

The thing is that I've already spent alot of time trying to get samples to work (I now have a socket example working http://groups.yahoo.com/group/palm-dev-forum/message/69168)

but what I'd really like is a complete http app rather than a code example. Does anyone know why there aren't any communication samples in PODS?

I maanged to run the executables from this thread http://news.palmos.com/read/messages?id=138517#138517 , but seemed to have trouble trying to compile the HTTP2.1 library in other apps ....

Many thanks
