On modal forms, the usual tactic is to use the built-in tips mechanism
(just include a help string ID in the form resource, and it's
automatic. (The user taps the "i" icon form's title bar to view the
help string in a dialog.)
For non-modal forms, I use a "Help..." menu item, and when it's chosen
I just call FrmHelp() with the appropriate string resource ID for the
form, to present the help in the same form as on modal forms.
