Looks like it is. There are those *_deDE.prc _*esES.prc *_fr_FR.prc ... files and the ROM is ~16MB.
BTW are the US ROMs still special and smaller (8MB?) on T5 like it was on older devices or are all devices now sold with EFIGS ROM only?
