That's an interesting idea but it's not acceptable from the user's point of view. I do this only when I cannot avoid it - e.g., if at application launch time, I determine that the database has to be deleted instead of launched. The only way to handle this is to set the Recyclable bit and to reset the device, before the launch has completed.
