Crackability probably wasn't a design decision when PalmSource went with 
ARM.  The difficulty of such attacks relies on obfuscation - can the 
code be disassembled?  The answer is of course, yes.  Only on devices 
like the Tapwave where code is digitally signed does the cracker's task 
more difficult.
