Yes it seems to be a runtime error. UIResource.c file, as the name tells, seems to be misleading. It is not compilation related, so even though you do not have a UIResource.c file in your code, do not worry. The best way you can break this out is by putting a break point in PIlotmain and moving ahead line by line where it breaks...
