The sample is on http://pluggedin.palmone.com/regac/pluggedin/index.jsp 
under the develop->downloads section.  they are called 
Treo600_Update_ALL_Samples.zip.  Its the SimpleSMS app that shows  how to 
trap SMS msgs.
