There's no way to put Blazer 4.1 on the 650... IIRC, it relies on palmOne libraries that aren't on the 650 device, and while those libraries might work on the 650, I'm pretty sure this combination has not been tested and there's no way to get those libraries on the 650 without a lot of hacking.
