Update: I forgot that there's also the sysNotifyTimeChangeEvent
notification -- this one includes the time change delta value but you have
to register for it. You can use this along with the alarm manager to set
alarms that activate and deactivate your application. You'll still have to
figure out a good algorithm for determining if a time change is
"malicious". You can also possibly use this to "change back time". Be
creative.
