Thanks for the quick answer.  I'd like to clarify real quick.  I was
referring the the "human visible" PRC name.  For instance, in my ZIP
file, the user sees ABC.prc.  Are you saying that the ABC needs to be in
the lower ASCII set, or just that the internal database name needs to be?
