I know how to get and set the current creator ID settings for the 4
standard hardware buttons, but is there any version- and device-agnostic
way to get the defaults for those? I'd rather not have to keep a map for
each device ID that deviates from the standard defaults.
The ButtonDefaultListType structure looks like it would do the job, but I
don't know what preference/function it goes with. That structure is
apparently going away in Cobalt, as well, so is there any replacement way
to get that information?
