I want to display several lines of text, thus I think to use a multiline field, 
but I see that you are using a modal form, and I don´t know how to initializate 
the field into a modal form. 
Maybe it works because you used only Labels and Forms Bitmap.
 
Is it neccesary to use No modal form to use a multiline field?.
