Actually, I just found this in the API Ref for FrmShowObject: Compatibility: On versions of Palm OS prior to 3.5 this function doesn’t affect lists or tables. On Palm OS 3.5 it operates correctly on lists but doesn’t have any effect on tables. On Palm OS 4.0 it operates correctly on both lists and tables. Alas, there is no proposed workaround - I'd be ready for some OS-specific low level fiddling.
