Any ideas about the usefulness of such application? Or some tips/suggestions? E.g. it would be nice to be able to detect the list of background apps automatically. (Probably impossible.)
The app already exists... look for "SharkCache" on any of the Palm OS software sites -- it was done for the LifeDrive to prevent reloading of apps from the hard drive.
