How to remove a file from the build list

I get the following error when I build.
make: *** No rule to make target `src/AppResources.h', needed by 
`Debug/AppMain.d'.  Stop.
How can I tell PODS that the file AppResources.h is just a header and should 
not even be a target? Any thoughts would be welcome.
