I havnt tried it, but you might be able to use FrmInitForm() to get a 
FormType* and then change the ID of the bitmap in that structure.  I havnt 
looked, but there may be a API call that will do this for you.  Im not sure 
the location of the Bitmaps ID number, but it has to be somewhere connected 
to the FormType*.
