There is no one set way to program, there are more efficient ways to
code the same thing, but as Microsoft has shown us, it either works
or it dont. I am fairly new at this, and as no one teaches the syntax for the
API's
for PALM, except what is repeted over and over in books, the only way to learn
is to apply basic C coding priciples to the PALM API. Sometimes this requires
getting code to work, then figuring out how to re-work it to be more efficient
and less code. So Poor pratices are really an attempt to figure out how to
accomplish
something one way before changing it to be another way.
Thanks for your input,
I guess, Roger was rather talking about your C-code style and all the
bugs you put in your code and then ask here for help. Dude, you should
better watch your code carefully, use a debugger and debug output and
try to remove all the obvious mistakes before asking for help every day
in the forum.

Henk
