Subject: #pragma code_seg is not working

I am using metrowerks code warrior 9.3. I used #pragma
code_seg("segment name") to put the code into another segment, but
it's not working. Can anybody suggest is there any way to put the
code into another segment programatically.
Since CodeWarrior provides a very elegant UI to segment your
application, why would you want to hard-code segmentation into your
application ???
