I have the impression that most functions in system String library (like StrLen, StrCopy, StrCat, etc) do support multi-byte character encoding. I want to confirm with you guys. Also, which String functions do NOT support multi-byte char? Since when (OS version), has String library started to support multi-byte char encoding?
