This code is not public. You can't modify the camera applications that's installed on the device.
However, you may be thinking of things the wrong way. What's your goal here? Is it to allow the user to take a picture? If so, there's a whole camera API that's part of the PalmOne SDK (from http://pluggedin.palmone.com) that includes functions you can call that will bring up the camera app, let the user snap a picture, then send all the info back to your calling application.
