The option is not disabled in your CW 9.2:
CW is prepared to work with several project open at the same time: A
gray menu option sometimes means that you need to select the project
that you want to apply some action - even you have just 1 project open
at that time.
So just click over some of the project files (any xxxx.cpp file at the
project panel) of the project and finally click "File > Export Project.."
