Hi Luciano,
Not sure if SDK 5r3 runs on CW 7 but:
Have you already followed the post install step of build the
"BuildAll.mcp" inside the "CW for Palm OS Support" of your CW?
Actually I didn't find such file in CW 7. It's possible that it
doesn't exist in the version.
But I managed to compile my program. Seems that the MCP file format
was changed from CW 7 to 8, and all mcp files that comes with SDK 5r3
are in CW 8 format. This includes Starter.mcp which is used when a new
project is created. When a project is open CW complains about the file
format and gives a warning saying that it will use defaults for some
parameters. One of these parameters is the target platform, which is
reset to a Mac application. :-)
I believe that manually fixing these parameters would solve the
problem. But setting target platform to Palm OS only gives me a
different error...
But anyway, I found an workaround. I'm creating a new project based
on 3.5 SDK and later changing the 'Settings/Target/Access paths' to
point to SDK 5r3 directory. Kind of boring, but it's working for now. :-)
