It's in the user manual, in the Limits section. (direct link: http://www3.sympatico.ca/leblanc.luc/auriga/aurigaen.html#LIMITS) The manual shipping with the upcoming software version will also add ROM version, CPU speed and RAM to the table so as to better help users select a suitable device for their needs. As you can see, Auriga is quite satisfied with older devices. Actually, newer models with their very short (sealed-in :( battery life are getting problematic. We are now dreaming of a middle-range Bluetooth-enabled color (hi-res or not) big-heaped (~12Mb) non-NVFS (too slow) model that could use any kind of AAA batteries you want (or at least replaceable rechargeable battery packs).
