Download of Developer Suite

Is anyone else having trouble downloading split 8 of the palm developer suite? 
I can only download 14Mb before it stops. Is this all it is? My Zip file won't 
open and I am assuming that the 8th split has not downloaded the 20Mb that it 
is saying.
Any thoughts.
