CWReportMessage's 5th parameter is errorlevel which is defined in
DropInCompilerLinker.h (also CWReportMessage is defined there as well).
I can't seem to find it in either the palm developer or CodeWarrier's system.
This API only works when invoked by a compiler plugin. You'll need the
CodeWarrior SDK to use this and either Visual Studio or CW for Windows to
build plugins. The SDK should be on your original CodeWarrior install CD
in a separate folder.
