I'm trying to work with 5-way navigation for the first time. I've been trying
to digest that long thread ('5-way Navigator handling') for a couple days now
and am only now trying to get some code to work.
I'm installed the Palm_OS_5_SDK_68K from last fall, been reading the Developer
Docs, and looked at the 5-way Sample code, and I must echo some of the posts in
the 5-way Navigator handling thread, it's very confusing.
I'm only including PalmOSGlue.h, and apparently IsFiveWayNavEvent(),
NavDirectionPressed() and others are not there. Which header should I include?
