What else is included in that folder? Is it safe to delete that before making future access path additions, to avoid this problem from happening again? Will the folder be rebuilt?
It should always be safe to delete the "Project_Data" folder. It's just cached information and can be recreated by CW. You may lose some temporary settings like window placement, but nothing that affects the build of the project.
