If from the net, then you can just use a HTML link to the file on a web page, and use a browser to download it. (Or use the NetLib calls yourself and transfer it via TCP/IP after establishing your own socket connection.) If from the PC and using Windows, then consider Pilot Install from http://envicon.com/e/pinstall/pinstall.html If from the PC and using *nix, there are various utilities out there. I don't use *nix myself, but IIRC names like Pilot Link have been floated around here in the past.
