I am brand new at trying to develop anything for multiple Palm users. I would like to create a program for our Union Contract that can be downloaded from a web page to a palm device.
It needs to be usable on several different brands of handhelds and need to hyperlink the table of contents to the various articles in the contract. It would also be nice to have the union logo icon on the start-up screen.
