For what you want, which is a hypertext type of document, I would suggest you use TealDoc rather than reinvent the wheel and write your own program to show the agreement. TealDoc can take a text document and allow you to mark it up with hypertext style links. You can also include an image - you mentioned that you wanted the union logo at the top of the document (or as a splash). Hope this helps. /js
