How nice, after answering Ryan's question, I was using the
resource editor and discovered my answer was off base. So
here is a little update.
If doing the 'refresh' operation from the Navigation window
popup menu doesn't work, make sure you've exited the resource
editor before trying to rebuild.
What happened is that I found the app wouldn't build until
I closed the resource editor's window. Clicking on the Save
icon in the resource editor's toolbar was not sufficient.
Now I'm not even sure if the 'refresh' operation is what
I was doing that fixed the problem! Maybe I'd been closing
down the resource editor before doing the refresh, and
that is what made things work. (?)
