Thanks, Eduardo.  This is helpful to me, too.  Generating the
header is a great way to check for unintentionally duplicated
resource IDs in forms.  (A problem that was driving me crazy
a few days ago!)

As Amit pointed out, it doesn't necessarily generate the file
name test.h.  For me, it used AppResources.h, which matches
the name of my .xrd file (AppResoures.xrd).
