Hi,
during my ongoing Palm OS port of Xpdf (PalmPDF) I've also ported
type1lib and freetypelib to Palm OS. Both are made as ARM link
libraries. You can download source and libraries from my site:

They depend on several missing functions which are implemented in
PalmPDF, therefore you might want to download this source code as well.
