i did, but only because i wondered if it will make any difference, and i never
noticed any... (it is called automatically when you want to alloc memory,
so it
seems that it doesn't make much sense to call it yourself)
MemHeapCompact shouldn't be called on recent devices -- it has a timer that
won't let it run for more than a second, and that's not enough time to
compact a heap on devices with NVFS or tens of megabytes of memory.
