Debugging with PODS 5.4 Simulator

I setup a profile to debug, but the operation times out saying it failed to
connect to the device. The device is set to the application.

"Target request failed: Target is not responding"

In prefs, the target is set to PalmSim_54_dbg.exe
ip address 127.0.0.1
port number 2000

This has been working.  The only thing I can think of that changed is I
installed SBC/Yahoo DSL.

Any ideas on what the problem could be?
