I would regard that as interesting information, and go ahead and write a
conduit.
In one table in CDK documentation, development environments supported do not
include Windows 98SE.
The only tables I've seen include Win98. Having said that, I would strongly
suggest it is not an appropriate OS for development in general - far too
unstable. But if that's what you're stuck with, I wouldn't worry about it.
HotSync works on Win98, so if your dev tool also works on Win98, you're in business.
User environments for developed software do include Windows 98SE.
