As I understand it from previous threads, it isn't that our desires weren't considered or that they would be hard to make available to download. The issue is that the corporate legal beagles said they should no longer make available anything using graffiti 1, due to the (ongoing?) court proceedings. So unless you downloaded copies of them previously, the only legitimate way to get ROM images now is to transfer them from a device that you own and thus already have a license to use. Of course, that is a release ROM, not a debug ROM, so still doesn't do as much for certain types of testing. I believe the only ROM image(s) still publicly available are those using graffiti 2. Fortunately, for most apps, that is sufficient for gremlin testing and debugging under POSE. However, I do think the ROM image links should lead to a page explaining this fact (if indeed it is a fact instead of rumor), instead of just showing an empty list.
