Ok, this is the hard part of beeing me, first I want to apologize to all of you by my last post, I did not try to insult or to make someone feel unconfortable.
I just try to share my point of view of what's happening with the PalmOS Programmers Community. I understand that not every one has the time or the experience or even the knowledge to give something usefull to this Community, I'm actually one of those that are not ready to make a contribution, the main reason, my lack of experience. Jay, I did not missed the point that the Tools need to be improved, but feels that this is not the right place to point this problems, posts like this and like the ones that points that a new programmer that have the courage to show that is not a experienced programmer get an answer practically telling him that he/she is a noob, are making this forum be seen as if there was a crisis, to be seen as if there was no one with the will to help.. Some times I get tired of read about problems, and people pointing problems, and just wish that someone post a solution or a proposal to solve this problems. Also felt that this post was going to give a negative impact on the forum. R. I neither try to attack the people, just try to point that the problem in the most of the cases was the attitude. I'm not as good explaining my ideas on english as is not my native language, just try to give my 2 cents, I'm really sorry if I disrespect to you. Maybe I did not explain my self in the right way, but as far I can see, this post got a more passive and possitive way. Hope you doesn't keep a bad idea about me. I like PalmOS and really want to this platform continues in the market. But is not all about PalmSource, we can do something, keep our selves making programs, and encouraging and helping new programers to use PalmOS. Let's point our weekness, but not to make feel this ship is sinking, but to make this ship stronger. Eduardo Orea.
