moving the PIN screen to the top of the screen

Hi,
Is there a way to move the keyboard to the top of the screen? Suppose i have a textarea at the bottom of the 320x480 screen. I want to popup the keyboard on the top, instead of moving my input control arount. 

Windows CE lets me do this, and it works pretty well.


Btw, congratulations to Palm dev guys: the sip is finally not attached to a Palm's edit 
control.
