If you want to have your application listed in the Palm
Software Connection and the Addit app that ships with
some of the newer hardware, be careful about this.
I have a very simple app that I had no trouble listing
on Handango and PalmGear, but when I tried to get it listed
also in the Software Connection, it was rejected in part
because it had a URL to the web page for the product
(including the online user manual) on the About page.
(I will refrain from making any comments regarding
what I think of this policy.)
That was about 2 months ago. Honestly, I hope that
they have already removed this restriction, but you
might want to check into it before including any URLs
in your app.
