As best I can tell, I've got headers and runtime code that I worked on that
didn't make the 9.3 patch, or for some people, the 9.3 patch didn't
actually update their runtime code because it thought the files had been
modified locally.
However, I think you can add that prototype yourself... this is all
experimentatl, unsupported code, and if you want to use it, read the code,
see what's its doing, and work it into the runtime yourself.
