almost this: not "move" but "copy". At least this is my guess.
it only do not move the application but all files with that group
creator ID.
so you do not have to worry about it, just test your application on card.
You will only have to worry if you have an application that for example
use another lib with a different creator ID. In this case it will only
copy your application and the lib will left alone on card and your
application will not find it on card.
But in this case you would have similar problems also with incomplete
beaming and incomplete deleting of your application by the user.
