go to http://www.bin-people.de/pnoJpegLib/ like tony said.

download the pnoJpegLib2.13.zip and uncompress it.

 - add the .h to your project
 - copy the 2 .dlls to your simulator folder
- copy the pnoJpegLib.prc to the simulator also every time that you run your project.

Inside the code is a bit complicated the first time, just follow the example:

or use example inside the the file.

there is also a function guide documentation: pnoJpeg211doc.pdf at pnoJpegLib Web also.

If you have questions regarding the lib don't forget to put its name of the on subject: pnoJpegLib also.
