Where is the general documentation for implementing the fnav
resource for screen navigation on Treos? I checked both Palm and
Palmsource and only found some knowledge base articles on how to use
Codewarrior to create the resource, but nothing about how the
resource works in the first place (i.e., do I need one for every
form and dialog, etc.).
In answer to your question on whether you need one for all screens, I
believe that you do.
